Materials

We work with all kinds of materials to manufacture our springs, from carbon and stainless steels to copper and titanium alloys.We specialize in the use of superalloys for the most demanding sectors; our production capabilities integrate advanced alloys to ensure optimal performance in environments with high fatigue, extreme corrosion, or critical temperatures.

Carbon Steels

Low Carbon:

(E.g. C9D, C4D, S235JR). Used for wire forming; they are ductile and easy to weld.

High Carbon:

(EN 10270-1). Mainly used to manufacture springs subjected to moderate dynamic or static loads, where good fatigue resistance and good formability are required.
(EN 10270-2). High tensile strength, excellent yield strength and great fatigue resistance, ideal for high-performance applications. Used when greater mechanical strength, improved fatigue behaviour and better performance under high dynamic loads are required.
(EN 10089 51CrV4, EN 10089 56Si7, etc.) Spring steels formed by hot processing.

Stainless Steels

Strain-hardened or precipitation-hardened (Hard): AISI 302, AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 316Ti

Austenitic / Standard (Semi-hard): AISI 304, 316L (for forming)
Special: Duplex (1.4462) and SuperDuplex, 17-7PH (1.4568)

Copper Alloys

Beryllium Copper (CuBe2), Brass (CuZn36), Phosphor Bronze (CuSn6).
Used in applications where the main criterion is not only mechanical strength, but also:
