That is why no item leaves our factory without having been verified and approved in accordance with the technical requirements agreed with our customers.

Our quality methodology is based on continuous controls, advanced measurement technology, and functional testing to ensure reliable, consistent products suitable for their intended application:

Verification at every stage of production
Each order is carefully reviewed and planned before entering production. Throughout the entire process, quality control is integrated into every stage, ensuring that raw materials, forming processes, and finishes comply with the required specifications.

Automated measurement and machine vision
We use high-precision machine vision systems and advanced measuring equipment to assess dimensions, tolerances, and shapes with great accuracy. This technology complements manual inspection and helps us detect any deviation at an early stage.

Performance testing and dynamometry
We carry out functional tests using specialised dynamometers and other testing equipment to verify the behaviour of each spring under real load conditions. These tests confirm that the product’s functionality matches the design parameters and performance standards required by our customers.

Final inspection and product release
Before dispatch, the springs undergo a final quality inspection to verify dimensions, mechanical performance, and presentation. Only parts that meet all control criteria are authorised for shipment.

Certified management system
Our work is supported by a Quality Management System in accordance with UNE-EN ISO 9001, ensuring traceability, consistency, and continuous improvement across all our processes.
